Great location to see the city. Amazing customer service. Stacy at the front desk was sweet, professional and helpful. Full of local knowledge and cute to boot. The place was clean and well maintained not to mention priced right. It's really a smart place to be for a new visitor to the biggest little city..

This place is absolutely awesome.The staff or extremely helpful and the manager Tony was extremely friendly and took care of all my needs.The place is actually very safe.There are no tweakers or druggies hanging around and everybody here at the location seems to look out for on another. I opted for a room with a kitchenette.The kitchenette is a separate room off of the living bedroom area.There's also a bathroom.The room was neat, clean and the kitchenette was very helpful.It had a stove and a refrigerator. There is cable television and Wi-Fi for free. The room itself was comfortable clean and there were no problems. Whatsoever.\n I opted to stay in a room with a kitchenette, which only cost me $10 more per week. I stayed for 3 weeks total. The rate was very affordable and averaged out to $40 per day. Your mail here when received is safe and always available at the front desk and parking is plentiful, the motel itself is located just seconds away from Roberto's taco shop about one block away from Walgreens and just a few streets. Away within walking distance from circus circus, silver legacy and El Dorado. There is also a 711 right up the street and plenty of food options right within the area.So you will not be bored. It is very centrally located within walking distance to parks to casino stores as well as san rafael park , which is a outdoor nature area , which is really cool. I have absolutely 0 complaints and will definitely stay here again.I stayed at this point for about 3 weeks and I really enjoyed it.It has been a great time and I'm very appreciative to the staff as well as Tony.The manager for their friendly and hospitable approach. Everyone here looks out for one another.There's nothing to worry about here.Your property as well as your car will be safe.And the fact that it is so competitively priced and convenient makes this a five stars for me. I have absolutely no complaints.This place is awesome i have absolutely no complaints.This place is awesome.A kitchenette, a separate bathroom, a nice large room with a huge comfortable bed.I have absolutely 0 complaints.I will definitely stay here again.

GREAT MANAGEMENT BEST PLACE DOWNTOWN RENO COMPARED TO THE ROACH INFESTED OTHER PLACES IN THE AREA. THIS PLACE IS CLEAN AND QUIET FOR THE MOST PART.

It is one of the best motel I've ever rented the staffing is amazing its quite and comfortable it could use a little better a c b other than that it great

I'm starting my weekly here and so far everything is up to par. Very affordable. Very clean. The rules are simple. Anyone who says anything bad about this motel or the staff is obviously a bad person. Highly recommend. Come and see.

Have lived here for 5 years! Nice neighbors and get along well with the manager! She does well at keeping this place looking nice and keeping the homeless out!

Literally the only place to live at in downtown reno, great manager Tery is very helpful I lived thier for close to a year and I love it its quiet and the neighbors are nice, IF YOU DO CHOSE TO LIVE THERE! Please be respectful and take care of the room and be kind to the people that live there. It's one of the cheapest lodges in downtown Reno and if Tery let's you rent weekly that means you are a person of trust, dont make management regret the choice.

The management is awesome. Willing to work out money issues with your needs. :-) Mostly quiet throughout the week except the occasional drunk frat boys that walk by; but that's a given especially during the weekend. Overall, nice place to rest your head!
